Common Questions
What's included in the $999 fee?
Everything: professional photography, MLS listing, syndication to major sites, showing coordination, offer negotiations, and closing support. The same full service traditional agents provide.
When do I pay the flat fee?
At closing, from the proceeds of the sale. You pay nothing upfront. If there is no sale, you don't pay.
What about the buyer's agent fee?
The $999 fee covers my services only (often paid by other party if purchasing, making it free for Buyer). Other side agent’s compensation is separate, and negotiable if requested. I can advise on your options for your specific situation.
Are you “discounted” broker?
Discounted offerings are often lacking important services. I’m firmly believe in fair pricing based on work done, not my client’s or property’s worth. I’m committed to flat-fee services while offering flexible options per my client’s requests, and always open for reasonable and open dialogue.
